Terms & Conditions:

BloodHound Gal agrees to provide agreed services in a manner that is trustworthy, caring and reliable. BloodHound Gal will undertake all necessary precautions and reasonable care with pets in its care as well as with your home and contents. In consideration of the services as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against BloodHound Gal, except those arising from negligence. We will undertake to look after your pets in a responsible and professional manner. In return, after having carefully read these terms, you, the client and the pet owner, understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

You must have legal rights to place the animals in the care of pet sitters, dog walkers, kennels, and veterinary clinics. BloodHound Gal cannot service a home with "Visiting" pets or animals that do not belong to the resident of the service site without a separate services agreement form, accepted and signed by the rightful owner(s).

You agree to secure your home prior to leaving the premises. BloodHound Gal will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.

For your protection and ours, we require all pets to be up-to-date with all necessary vaccinations. Rabies vaccination is required. A copy of this record must be provided and will be kept on file with us. You are responsible for pet-proofing house, yard, and the security fences/gates/latches.

Payment: Cash or check. All fees are either payable at first visit or due immediately upon completion of scheduled service, depending on type of service. Fee payment will be agreed upon in writing. l.

Key(s) pickup at an initial meeting (unless entry set up otherwise). In the event of a Lock-Out and if we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, you give BloodHound Gal permission to use any available locksmith and give the chosen locksmith permission to open my door, in order for BloodHound Gal to care for my indoor pets.

BloodHound Gal is authorized to seek any emergency veterinarian assistance needed during visits, at your costs, from any veterinarian chosen by BloodHound Gal if your appointed veterinarian is unavailable (as outlined in the veterinary instructions - medical release form). Please note: If an emergency arises, BloodHound Gal will try to contact you or your emergency contact before seeking veterinary assistance. However if you or your emergency contact cannot be reached we will seek veterinary assistance at our discretion.

The signed BloodHound Gal Services Agreement and Release Form permits BloodHound Gal to accept all future telephone, online, mail or email reservations and provide services without additional signed agreements.

BloodHound Gal Services Agreement is valid from the date signed, and replaces any prior agreements.
BloodHound Gal may need to vary the terms and conditions in connection with services provided. If terms & conditions change, all clients will be notified of such changes.

During the consultation visit and if you decide to use BloodHound Gal for the care of your pet(s), we will have forms for you to fill out & sign. These can be requested to review prior to consultation visit and can be sent via email. Please send request to: bloodhoundgal@gmail.com
